Frequently Asked Questions
Are private or expired posts supported?
No. This tool retrieves only media returned by the provider for supported public links. Private accounts, expired stories, deleted posts, and platform restrictions can prevent downloads.
Is this processed entirely in my browser?
Social downloaders use a server gateway and an external data provider. Your link or username is sent to those services. Image, PDF, developer, calculator, and generator tools still process inputs locally.
Why might the downloader be unavailable?
The site operator must activate the provider service. Account credit limits, platform changes, usage limits, or unavailable public media can temporarily prevent downloads.
What quality and file limits apply?
The tool selects the highest-quality supported variant returned by the provider. Individual downloads are limited to 128 MB; a ZIP supports up to 30 files and 64 MB. Audio and watermarks depend on the returned source.
